Bindify (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Bindify mobile application and related services (the “Service”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

We collect account information such as your email address, username, display name, profile photo, banner image, and account identifiers.

User Content

We collect content you create or upload in Bindify, including binder layouts, binder settings, uploaded images, collection data, wishlist data, card and sealed product entries, posts, comments, likes, follows, reports, blocked users, and other content you choose to save or share.

Notifications

If you enable push notifications, we collect push notification tokens so we can send notifications related to app activity, such as follows, likes, comments, and other social interactions.

Usage and Technical Data

We may collect technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service, such as device information, app interactions, feature usage, authentication events, error information, and IP address.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and operate Bindify
• Save and sync your binders, collections, wishlist, and profile
• Display public profiles, public binders, posts, comments, and social activity
• Enable sharing and social features
• Send notifications if enabled
• Respond to support requests
• Review reports and prevent abuse
• Improve app performance, reliability, and features
• Protect the security of the Service

3. User-Generated Content

Bindify includes user-generated content. Content you create, upload, or share may be stored by the Service.

Some content may be visible to other users depending on your settings, including public binders, profile information, posts, comments, likes, and follows. Private binders are intended to be visible only to you.

You are responsible for the content you upload or share.

4. Data Storage and Service Providers

Bindify uses third-party service providers to operate the Service, including Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and server-side functions.

We may also use third-party services to retrieve trading card product and pricing information.

These providers process information as needed to provide the Service.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share information with:

• Service providers that help us operate Bindify
• Legal authorities if required by law
• Other users, when you choose to make content public or interact through social features

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your information while your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.

You can delete your account in the app from Account Settings. Account deletion removes your account and related app data from active systems, subject to backup retention and legal, security, or fraud-prevention requirements.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or request information about your personal data.

9. Children’s Privacy

Bindify is intended for users 13 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Future Payments

Bindify may introduce paid features in the future. If paid features are introduced, payment processing may be handled by third-party providers such as Apple, Google, Stripe, or similar payment processors. Bindify does not intend to store full payment card details.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date above.
