Account Deletion

You can delete your account in the Bindify app from Account Settings. If you cannot access your account, email support and include the email address associated with your account.

Subscriptions and Billing

Bindify+ purchases, renewals, cancellation, and refunds are managed by the app store account used for the purchase. For App Store purchases, manage or cancel the subscription from your Apple Account subscription settings and request refunds through Apple. For Play Store purchases, manage or cancel from your Google Play account settings and request refunds through Google.

If Bindify+ does not unlock after purchase, open Bindify+ in the app and tap Restore purchases. If it still does not appear, contact support with the account email used in Bindify and the store where you purchased.

Reporting Content

You can report content and block users from inside the app. For urgent moderation concerns, email support with a description of the issue and any relevant username, binder, post, or comment information.

Content Takedown Requests

For copyright, trademark, publicity, or other rights-related takedown requests, email support@bindify.cards.

Please include the relevant username, binder, post, image, comment, card/product reference, URL or screenshot if available, a description of the issue, and your relationship to the rights holder. We review takedown requests and may remove, restrict, or disable access to content when appropriate.
