Terms of Service for Bindify

By using Bindify, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

You must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Provide accurate account information
• Use the app legally

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity under your account.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of your content.

However, by uploading content, you grant Bindify a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, process, and share your content within the app as needed to operate the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights needed to upload or share your content.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Upload illegal, abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, threatening, deceptive, or harmful content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, overload, or bypass security controls for the Service
• Scrape, exploit, or misuse data from the Service
• Spam users, impersonate others, or abuse platform features

5. Collections and Valuation Disclaimer

Collection values shown in Bindify are user-entered, estimated, or provided by third-party card data sources. They may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or different from real market prices.

Bindify does not provide financial, investment, appraisal, tax, or purchasing advice and is not responsible for financial decisions based on collection or pricing data shown in the app.

6. Trading Card Intellectual Property

Trading card names, images, marks, and related intellectual property belong to their respective owners. Bindify is an independent collector tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Disney, Ravensburger, Bandai, Konami, Wizards of the Coast, or other trading card publishers.

7. Moderation and Termination

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts if you violate these Terms, abuse the platform, create risk for other users, or create risk for the Service.

Users can report content and block other users from within the app.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account from Account Settings in the app. Account deletion removes your account and related app data from active systems, subject to backup retention and legal, security, or fraud-prevention requirements.

9. Future Paid Features

Bindify may introduce paid features in the future. If you purchase paid features, payments will be handled by third-party processors or platform-native systems, and additional terms may apply.

10. Service Changes

Bindify may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms as the app evolves.

11. Limitation of Liability

Bindify is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bindify will not be liable for data loss, financial losses, service interruptions, indirect damages, incidental damages, special damages, consequential damages, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date above.
