Terms of Service for Bindify

By using Bindify, you agree to these Terms.

Bindify does not claim ownership of user-uploaded content.

However, by uploading content, you grant Bindify a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, process, and share your content within the app as needed to operate the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights, permissions, and authority needed to upload, save, share, or display your content, including profile images, banners, binder covers, binder page backgrounds, stickers, captions, comments, posts, and any other media or text you provide.

Collection values shown in Bindify are user-entered, estimated, or provided by third-party card data sources. They may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or different from real market prices.

Bindify does not provide financial, investment, appraisal, tax, or purchasing advice and is not responsible for financial decisions based on collection or pricing data shown in the app.

Bindify is not a marketplace, payment processor, escrow service, broker, authenticator, or grading service. Any trades, purchases, sales, or exchanges users arrange outside the app are solely between those users or third parties.

6. Trading Card Data, Images, and Intellectual Property

Bindify may display trading card names, set information, product information, images, estimated prices, and related metadata from third-party data providers and public card data sources. This information is provided for collection organization, discovery, and reference only.

Trading card names, images, artwork, logos, marks, product names, set names, and related intellectual property belong to their respective owners. Bindify does not claim ownership of third-party trading card intellectual property.

Bindify is an independent collector tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to The Pokémon Company, Disney, Ravensburger, Bandai, Konami, Wizards of the Coast, or other trading card publishers, licensors, or rights holders.

If you believe content in Bindify infringes your rights, contact us at support@bindify.cards with enough information for us to identify and review the content.

7. Moderation and Termination

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts if you violate these Terms, abuse the platform, create risk for other users, or create risk for the Service.

Users can report content and block other users from within the app. Reports may be reviewed by Bindify administrators, and urgent moderation concerns can be sent to support@bindify.cards.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account from Account Settings in the app. Account deletion removes your account and related app data from active systems, subject to backup retention and legal, security, or fraud-prevention requirements.

9. Paid Features and Subscriptions

Bindify may offer optional paid features, subscriptions, or premium access, including Bindify+. Paid features may include increased binder limits, premium appearance themes, custom page images, export tools, storage-related limits, card scanning, trade-planning tools, or other features described in the app.

Bindify+ subscriptions are auto-renewable unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. Subscription plans, trial availability, renewal period, and price are shown before purchase and may vary by country, currency, storefront, eligibility, and promotional offer.

If a free trial or introductory offer is available and you are eligible, the subscription renews at the displayed price after the trial or offer period unless canceled before renewal. You can manage or cancel App Store subscriptions from your Apple Account subscription settings, and Play Store subscriptions from your Google Play account settings.

Payments, renewals, cancellations, refunds, billing issues, and subscription management are handled by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or other third-party payment and entitlement providers, depending on where you purchase. Their terms and policies may also apply. Refund requests for App Store purchases should be made through Apple, and refund requests for Play Store purchases should be made through Google.

If paid access ends, some premium features may become unavailable, limited, view-only, watermarked, or subject to plan limits. We may change paid feature availability, plan details, and pricing over time.

10. Service Changes

Bindify may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms as the app evolves.

11. Limitation of Liability

Bindify is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bindify will not be liable for data loss, financial losses, service interruptions, indirect damages, incidental damages, special damages, consequential damages, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where local consumer law gives you mandatory rights that cannot be waived by contract.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date above.
